Position Summary/Purpose of Position:
The Decision, Operations & Information Technologies Department at the Smith School of Business is home to faculty who focus their teaching and research on the nexus of strategy, operations, analytics, and technology. The department has strong and expanding industry partnerships and a top-10 ranking in the Management Information Systems program.
Growth in the undergraduate Information Systems major and the MS in Information Systems program has created opportunities for teaching faculty who want to contribute to the development and mentorship of students who are positioned to be future leaders of Business and Technology.
We are seeking to fill an open-rank, Professional Track Faculty position, starting Fall 2024. This full-time, non-tenure track faculty position will be in the clinical faculty series at the Assistant, Associate, or Full rank. A Ph.D. is expected; however, significant industry experience at the executive level will also be considered.

- The position requires a graduate degree in a related discipline.
- A Ph.D. in a related discipline is expected; however, significant industry experience at the executive level will also be considered.
Experience:
Evidence of teaching quality and ability to provide leadership in teaching excellence are the most important qualifications.
