Plymouth Housing is a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing chronic homelessness by developing and managing permanent supportive housing for single adults. With a mission to eliminate homelessness, we operate 15+ apartment buildings in downtown Seattle, providing over 1,100 people annually with permanent homes and on-site services. JOB SUMMARY

As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's success by overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects from their initial conception through to successful implementation. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of projects.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to project management. Your commitment to continuous improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and effective risk management will be essential in driving the success of our projects. This role requires agility and the ability to lead organizational change, as the position will continue to evolve, demanding a nimble and adaptable mindset.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • You will lead, support, and execute on assigned projects and activities.
  • You will scope projects by developing detailed plans, facilitating meetings for project charters, scope, and timelines.
  • You will identify barriers to project success, ensuring projects stay on track.
  • You will build strong cross-functional partnerships with stakeholders across Plymouth Housing.
  • You will operationalize complex initiatives quickly, simply, and clearly.
  • You will develop presentations and facilitate meetings related to projects and deliverables.
  • You will track metrics related to execution of projects.
  • You will be measured through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • You will perform other duties as assigned.

  • You can plan, prioritize, and organize work to meet schedules and timelines.

  • You have proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience managing cross-functional projects.
