Location: Redmond, WA
Work schedule: Full Time, 40 hours/week, Hybrid schedule: approx. 80% remote with 20% onsite/in-person in the community.

The career opportunity:
Hopelink's Mobility Management team empowers people to change their lives by facilitating access to the community. We do this by (1) providing travel education and resources to build awareness of existing transportation options; (2) supporting the coordination of special needs transportation through cross-sector collaborations; and (3) gathering data and needs assessment to recommend and implement improved services. We work to make it easier for all people to get around King County through innovative, collaborative problem-solving.
The position provides leadership to the King County Mobility Coalition (KCMC) on behalf of Hopelink. The Program Supervisor – Mobility KCMC serves as a mobility expert in their region/scope and is responsible for coalition project management, communications, meeting facilitation, community relationship building, partner recruitment/engagement, and marketing.
The Program Supervisor – Mobility KCMC advocates for those who need transportation, facilitates discussion, teaches, connects, and partners with organizations to champion transportation solutions. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, self-motivated, have strong project management and leadership skills, and possess an enterprising spirit and passion for making an impact in the local community.

- Leadership skills with a talent for building professional relationships and the ability to work collaboratively on projects.
- Project management with effective action planning skills and project implementation.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Skilled in meeting facilitation, event coordination, and public speaking.
- Experience collecting and analyzing data, defining problems, identifying potential solutions, developing implementation strategies, and evaluation outcomes.
- Experience working with diverse communities, preferably low-income, older adults, people with disabilities, immigrants, refugees, youth, and veterans.
- Exceptional communication skills, including business writing, meeting facilitation, and presentations.
- Should be able to travel to offsite work locations or meetings within the region on a regular basis.
- Experience with community outreach and marketing is helpful.
- Experience working with volunteers preferred.
- Bilingual language skills and bicultural lived experiences are highly desired and are encouraged to apply.
Examples of what you will be doing:
Coalition Supervision:
- Lead the King County Mobility Coalition (KCMC) and subcommittees/workgroups, facilitating meetings, projects and initiatives, member recruitment and engagement.
- Serve as point of contact for KCMC partners.
- Develop partnerships, and actively recruit/ retain members.
- Identify obstacles to special needs transportation and organizes efforts to remove or reduce barriers.
- Oversee and maintain the coalition website, develop the KCMC monthly newsletter, and develop/distribute marketing or resource materials.
Project Management:
- Serve as project manager for coalition-based projects and initiatives and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Contribute to transportation needs assessments and coordinated transportation plans.
- Administer and analyze coalition-related data instruments, including surveys.
General:
- Increase awareness and support for specialized transportation in King County by serving as a mobility expert.
- In collaboration with partners, improve mobility for seniors, people with disabilities, low-income individuals and families, veterans, immigrants, refugees, and youth.
How you will be compensated: Hopelink is proud to provide meaningful paid time away from work and an affordable, comprehensive benefits package.
- Compensation: $28.50/hour
- Up to 10 paid vacation and sick days annually and 10 paid holidays,
- Plus up to 7 paid float days available to use immediately; dependent on hire date and hours/week
