We currently have an opportunity for a full time Human Resources Director to oversee all of the organizations Human Resources functions. This position will report to the facility Administrator.
Responsibilities:
· Full cycle talent recruitment and employee onboarding which includes: posting jobs, review of applicants, phone screenings, interview scheduling, background check processing, new employee orientation (new hire paperwork/handbook review), payroll set-up
· Benefits Administration including Annual Open Enrollment Coordination
· 403b Retirement Plan Administration including Annual Match and Audit preparations
· Advocating/Consulting/Counseling role providing support to both employees and managers, assisting in interpretation of organization’s policies and procedures
· FMLA and Short Term Disability Administration
· Annual EEO reporting and other governmental filings
· Worker’s Compensation Audit
· Unemployment Claims processing
· Generation of payroll reports as needed by management
Qualifications & Skills
· Minimum of two years of relevant Human Resources experience, working in a healthcare/long term care setting required
· College degree preferred, degree may be substituted with additional years of HR experience
· Ability to multitask and prioritize, work well will limited supervision
· Microsoft Office Outlook, Work, and Excel expertise
· Experience utilizing Payroll software, Paychex preferred
