Pay Range: $85,000 to $90,000
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the overall administration, coordination, implementation, evaluation and sustainability of the YouthBuild and Work Experience mission programming.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the overall administration, coordination, implementation, evaluation and sustainability of the YouthBuild and Work Experience mission programming.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strong community partnerships through effective networking, collaboration and education.
- Implement best practices to meet or exceed identified program outcome measures.
- Effectively recruit, hire, train, develop, supervise, and evaluate direct reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet organizational strategic goals through the implementation of new programs and services.
- Maximize program capacity through utilization of community partnerships.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Ensure that programs meet or exceed CARF, Goodwill, DOL, and other funder standards.
- Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring the best possible experience with mission programs and services.
- Participate in the organizational strategic planning and budgeting process.
- Ensure program operates within approved budget allocations.
- Manage program grants ensuring all funds are spent appropriately.
- Contribute to program sustainability through efficient use of physical, financial, time and people resources.
- Identify opportunities for mission programing to generate revenue.
- Identify strategies to improve department efficiencies, performance, and overall operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure programs are well-represented and well-known throughout the community.
- Actively maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of employees, customers, and participants
- Meet or exceed safety goals and standards.
- Immediately report all critical safety incidents to VP of Mission Advancement and Director of HR
- Utilize effective communication strategies to build relationships, boost employee morale and develop staff.
- Coach employee job performance and, in partnership with HR, issue disciplinary action as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, Business Administration, or related field required (equivalent experience acceptable in lieu of degree)
- Seven (7) years of diversified experience in an operational or programmatic capacity involving management of personnel, planning, compliance, contract guidelines adherence, purchasing, contract negotiations, budgeting, and marketing.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Valid driver’s license
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervising personnel, coworkers, civic organizations, business professionals and the public.
- Ability to travel locally and nationally.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must have excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to operate a personal computer and associated computer programs (i.e. Microsoft Suite, Apricot, NetSuite)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Lifting up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers, and files. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.
