Description

Title: Nursing Instructor

 

Bargaining Unit/Salary Level: MEA Faculty

 

Responsibilities: This Full-Time position includes simulation instruction, skills lab instruction, clinical supervision/instruction and didactic instruction in the classroom.  Other faculty responsibilities will include student advising, curriculum development, committee work and participation in all program and institutional assessment activities.

 

Minimum Qualifications: Must be licensed or eligible for RN licensure in the state of Maine. Master’s degree with a major in nursing. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and commitment to complete a Master’s Degree in Nursing within 3 years will be considered. Applicants should have successful post-secondary teaching experience. Experience in online and/or video conferencing formats for teaching is a plus.
