Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The President will lead the advancement of the employed physicians into a mature, cohesive and contemporary multi-specialty group practice which is fully integrated into the system. This executive will serve as a strategic leader and will be instrumental in driving a culture which is focused on delivering high quality, patient-centered care. The President will provide leadership with regard to the clinical, operational, and financial accountability for the physician group and its clinics.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Doctorate
Experience:
- 10+ years related experience
- 10+ years in leadership role for business unit or support organization
Licensure/ Certification:
- Physician License
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
- Demonstrated skill in change management.
- Strong financial and analytic skills.
- Demonstrated experience in program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
