Job Summary
Southeast KY Community & Technical College is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to provide administrative support to the Allied Health programs on the Whitesburg Campus and to administer all Pearson and PSI testing for that campus.
Job Duties:
• Administer all Pearson and PSI Testing for the Whitesburg Campus and serve as the PSI Coordinator for the Whitesburg Campus.
• Support Allied Health in their accreditation process as their Administrative Assistant.
• Schedule logistics and secure resources for meetings, conferences, travel, and department operations.
• Manage reservations and room scheduling (Archibus).
• Operate the switchboard for all six campuses.
• Process all internal and external facility usage forms for the Whitesburg Campus.
• Assist with event setups.
• Serve on Allied Health committees.
• Act as Allied Health Faculty Secretary.
• Manage communications, including sending, receiving, copying, and distributing them according to policies and procedures.
• Track, stock, order, and inventory office supplies to ensure adequate materials are available for workplace operation.
• Occasionally serve as a point of contact for individuals and groups, providing basic organizational information.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates's degree with at least one year of administrative/clerical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree in related field.
