Overview

Plans, schedules, and monitors inbound movement of materials from suppliers | Determines material requirements and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production, and engineering | Develops specifications for new contract orders

Major Position Responsibilities

* Provides support by planning and tracking material needed for production schedules.

* Monitors inventory levels and coordinates with purchasing to maintain adequate levels of parts and raw materials to manufacture products.

* Works to resolve and takes corrective action for materials issues impacting production schedules while achieving and maintaining inventory business metrics.

* Analyze, plan, schedule, and initiate procurement actions.

* Ensures materials are cost effective.

* Assists in determining and ensuring the quality of materials.

* Execute material that required outside processing.

Basic Qualifications

Required Education: Associate's Degree. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree

Discipline/Major: Business Administration / Supply Chain Management

Years and area of experience (required for the role): 2-4 years of relevant experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Ability to meet deadlinees. Problem-solving skills. Computer skills. Planning skills. Leadership skills.

Critical Professional Related Technical Skills; Computer Skills: Proficient with use of Microsoft Office.

Pay Range (USD)
$65,450 - $121,550
Additional Compensation
Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Company's Gain Sharing Program.
