*Overview*

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of People & Culture to lead our human resources initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture. This strategic role will focus on enhancing employee engagement, driving performance management, and ensuring effective recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in conflict management and HRIS systems, with a passion for developing talent and promoting a diverse and inclusive environment.

*Responsibilities*

- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.

- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.

- Manage performance management systems to promote employee development and accountability.

- Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on employee relations issues.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding workers' compensation and other HR-related matters.

- Utilize HRIS platforms such as UltiPro, PeopleSoft, Paychex, or Kronos for efficient data management and reporting.

- Lead training initiatives to enhance employee skills in interviewing, conflict management, and performance evaluation.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback mechanisms and employee engagement surveys.

*Experience*

- Proven experience in a senior HR role with a focus on people management and organizational development.

- Strong knowledge of conflict management techniques and performance management best practices.

- Familiarity with various HRIS systems including Paylocity, ADP, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, or Kronos is highly desirable.

- Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit talent across various levels within the organization.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Strong analytical skills to assess HR metrics and drive data-informed decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year
