Executive Director

Gift of Life Transplant House, a 501(c)3 located in Rochester, MN, is seeking a dynamic leader who is passionate about its mission. Reporting directly to the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Gift of Life Inc., the Executive Director has overall leadership responsibility to continue meeting the mission of Gift of Life Transplant House by administering all activities of the organization within its campus and in the larger community. This includes ensuring an exceptional guest experience, maintaining the financial integrity of the organization through budgeting, operational programs, planned giving, donor development and capital campaigns, providing oversight for operations and technology, enhancing community relationships, managing human resources, including the personal and professional growth development of all staff and maintain a close working relationship with the Board of Directors.

The position requires a seasoned, collaborative and inclusive leader with strong organizational management and leadership skills to foster mutual respect and teamwork with the Board, staff, volunteers, benefactors and the community. Strong relationship building is required for benefactors and guests. This position requires a deep understanding and passion for the mission with model integrity and compassion to foster mutual respect in all interactions.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
