About the Role:

The HR Coordinator (Talent Development & DE&I) will provide administrative, logistical, and operational support, ensuring seamless execution of programs, initiatives, and processes that foster employee development and drive an inclusive workplace culture.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):

Program Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of professional, career, and leadership development programs, workshops, and events

  • Support DE&I initiatives, including employee resource networks (ERNs)

  • Support Culture Committee, Give Committee and annual Volunteer Day

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of content for internal SharePoint sites and newsletters focused on talent development and DE&I updates

  • Draft and disseminate internal communications related to training programs, DE&I initiatives, and related events

Event Logistics and Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support for workshops, meetings, and other events, including catering, organizing training materials, and managing invitations

  • Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and processing contracts and invoices

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain records and databases for talent development initiatives, including training participation, feedback, and performance metrics

  • Support DE&I data tracking by compiling diversity metrics and ensuring accurate reporting for leadership and compliance purposes

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and dashboards for both Talent Development and DE&I stakeholders

Requirements:
  • BS/BA or related experience in HR coordination, talent development, or DE&I support roles

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with Workday is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to engage with diverse stakeholders

  • A passion for DE&I and employee development, with a strong understanding of their critical role in fostering a healthy organizational culture

The hourly rate we reasonably expect to pay is $22.51-$32.65. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 15% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
