Job Summary

The University of Michigan Museum of Art (UMMA) is hiring a University Learning and Programs Manager. Reporting to the Mellon Foundation Curator for University Learning and Programs (ULP), you will perform administrative and teaching tasks to enhance the museum's engagement with university learning and research. You will provide communication and support for ULP and campus partners. Additionally, you will create and facilitate learning experiences with UMMA's collection and exhibitions, and develop strategies for using, displaying, and interpreting collections and exhibitions for both university and broader audiences. The University Learning and Programs Manager also designs and implements professional development and mentorship activities for UMMA student employees. 

 

The salary range for this position is $60,500-65,000. This hybrid position requires 3-4 days on campus in Ann Arbor, MI per week.
