* Pay Rate: $18.85/hr.
* Schedule: PM Shift 1:00p - 9:30p (Monday - Sunday)

The Spirit of the Position:
The Customer Service Representative at CBX greets and creates a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and clients to make their experience as easy and pleasant as possible.

What you will be doing:
* Provide Excellent customer service with every interaction. Happy, energetic, and happy to help.
* Relocate luggage carts by pushing them across the bridge or bring them in from parking lots in sets of 5 - 10 carts at a time.
* Assist passengers with completing tasks to successfully access airport.
* Provide assistance with Luggage & Wheelchair assistance.
* Demonstrate professionalism with every interaction.
* Cashier - Money handling
* Able to direct and orientate passenger flow and process control in both English and Spanish.
* Works with a sense of urgency and demonstrate the ability to complete task accurately in a timely manner with minimal supervision
Requirements:
* Bilingual - Spanish /English
* Customer service experience Preferred.
* **Able to clear CBP Homeland Security clearance check.**
* Must be able to work any position at random moments throughout your shift.
* Must be able and willing to work in a single position for several days independently.
* Willing to work in any weather regardless of position assigned or tasks assigned.
* Problem Solving skills.
* Willingness to be flexible, and open to coaching and redirection in the operation.
* Able to understand and follow guidelines and procedures.
* Must be able to work weekends.
* Must be able to work all holidays.
* Must be able to work indoors and outdoors.
* Be able to work in all climate's elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc
* Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds
* Ability to stand, walk your entire shift
* Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift
* Ability to perform functions that require repetitive motions
Education:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required.
Experience:
* Strong customer service experience.
* Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
* Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
* Intermediate computer literacy is preferred.
* Bilingual with English and Spanish is highly desired.
* Reliable transportation to and from job site is required.
Skills:
* Willingness to be flexible, work multiple environments.
* Ability to handle challenging and, at times, emotionally charged situations.
* Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
* Must be able to make decisions independently and exercise sound judgment.
Physical Demands:
* Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
* Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours a day.
* Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
* Ability to apply pressure to an object with the fingers and palm.
* Ability to perform functions that require repetitive motions using hands, wrists, arms, legs, ankles, knees, and hips.
* Ability to express or exchange information, instructions, ideas, etc. by means of the spoken word.
* Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and to make discriminations in sound.
