You Have:

  • 15+ years of experience managing large teams, including subcontractors

  • 5+ years of experience managing personnel across various disciplines such as Security Cooperation or Security Assistance programs, FMS case management, engineering, administrative, logistics, financial management, or contracts management

  • Experience managing cost, schedule, and performance to achieve Work Statement requirements, including Statements of Work (SOWs) and Performance Work Statements (PWSs)

  • Experience working with U.S. senior military or government officials, including Program Managers, GS-15 civilians, and senior field grade officers, in a DoD Acquisition Command

  • Experience managing teams in multiple geographic areas, including Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) teams or subcontractors

  • Experience interacting with foreign senior military or government officials

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Master's degree

  • Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification

  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Certification

  • Security Cooperation Workforce Development (SCWD) Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
