Research Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a Research Assistant who will be conducting research experiment in the broad environmental electrochemistry field for the sustainable production of chemicals, water, and energy.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Investigate the efficiency of electrochemical chlorine and bromine production in organic ethers.
- Prepare solutions.
- Operate rotating ring disk electrodes.
- Quantify faradaic efficiencies.
- Draft weekly reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
- Additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Role/Level/Range: ACRO40/E/03/CD
Starting Salary Range: $17.20 - $30.30 HRLY (Commensurate with experience)
Employee group: Casual / On Call
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 20hrs/wkly
Exempt Status: Non-Exempt
