The Marketing Services Specialist plays a crucial role in orchestrating, executing, and refining both B2B digital and traditional marketing communication strategies and comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns. These initiatives are designed to elevate the customer experience, build trust with our target audience, boost brand visibility and ultimately generate leads for the division. This role involves collaborating with senior members of the Engineered Materials Group Marketing Communications (MarCom) team to strategize and deploy a mix of earned, owned, and paid communication efforts - including, but not limited to, product launches, public relations, events, webinars, website management and social media tactics. The specialist will leverage both in-house and external resources to achieve these goals. Additionally, this position entails establishing and monitoring key MarCom metrics and performance indicators, ensuring these insights are regularly reported to division stakeholders for strategic review and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all MarCom strategic plans for the Composite Sealing Systems Division.
  • Craft and implement integrated marketing campaign(s), securing support and final approval from senior MarCom team members.
  • Oversee and update content across divisional web pages and digital platforms, while utilizing search engines optimization strategies.
  • Create engaging content for social media channels.
  • Identify and track MarCom metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing tactics.
  • Regularly present campaign performance and digital analytics to division stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Event Manager and/or Coordinator to organize trade shows, virtual events and webinars.
  • Engage with the MarCom team to stay ahead of industry trends, adopt best practices and streamline processes.
  • Work with internal and external partners to produce creative assets (graphics, videos, etc.) and manage public relations efforts as necessary.
  • Develop and oversee the division's yearly MarCom plan and budget, incorporating feedback and obtaining approval from division stakeholders.
  • Support the division in organizing product training and distributor engagement events.
  • Partner with distribution channels to enhance the visibility of division content.
  • Efficiently manage priorities and adapt to changes to achieve MarCom goals within set budgets and timelines.
  • Position requires overnight travel (average 20%).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline with 3 years of experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong emphasis on teamwork with both in-person and virtual teamwork.
  • Skilled writer and communicator, including presentation skills and project management capabilities.
  • Knowledgeable of content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager), marketing automation platforms (Eloqua), and customer relationship tools (Salesforce).
  • Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, ensuring customer information, and operational data are securely managed.
