The application deadline for this position is 11:59pm EST on January 3, 3035.The Office of Admissions helps students begin their path to academic success through recruitment, advising, processing, and orientation. The Coordinator of Recruitment Events oversees recruitment initiatives including recruitment events on-campus and in the community, campus tours, the Student Ambassador program, New Student Orientation, New Student Convocation by utilizing the College’s digital CRM (constituent relationship management) platforms. Additionally, the Coordinator provides pre-college advising to prospective SF students at recruitment events on-campus and in the community.
Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties Include:
Supervises assigned Admissions Specialists and part-time Student Ambassador employees in the Office of Admissions; assists with ensuring successful operation and escalates issues to the Director when needed.
Actively participates as a member of the Recruitment team by assisting with its operation and administration, as well as hires, trains, and evaluates direct reports when appropriate.
Manages the Student Ambassador program and serves as the primary Advisor; searches, recruits, selects, trains, schedules, communicates, and awards scholarships/work stipends to selected Ambassadors.
Leads online New Student Orientation, online New Student Convocation, and other recruitment initiatives which includes scheduling, facilitating and conducting campus tours, group tours, and community engagement activities.
Collaborates with leaders across the college to lead, develop, and plan collegewide, on-campus recruitment events, including Open House, Family Preview Day, College Fair, New Student Preview Days, Sigue Soñando and other special events.
Coordinates the College’s presence at community and out-of-district recruitment events by attending events, scheduling direct reports to attend events, communicating with internal departments for materials and services, and collaborating with external constituents for recruitment opportunities.
Manages the production for on-campus Santa Fe Live and New Student Convocation events which includes utilizing digital platforms, participating in collaborative meetings, communicating with vendors to secure necessary items, and supervising the work of others as appropriate.
Oversees the use of the Salesforce CRM Ecosystem, all integrated platforms, and other digital systems for SF recruitment events, including Sales and Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Pardot, Form Assembly, ERP integrations, and Mogli SMS.
Serves as a pre-college Advisor to prospective SF students to assist with college preparation.
Assists the Director in planning outreach campaigns and developing innovative recruitment strategies.
Serves on the collegewide recruitment committee and chairs the committee in the Director’s absence.
Develops and maintains professional working relationships with internal and external constituents.
Serves as liaison to Marketing and Communications for recruitment event marketing, promotional items, and content development.
Manages social media accounts for the Office of Admissions and coordinates digital interactions with prospective students.
Complies with all published College Rules, procedures, guidelines, and laws/regulations governing public employees, including but not limited to those related to document retention and destruction, FERPA, and confidentiality.
Strictly honors the privacy, security, and confidentiality of student records and other sensitive information according to appropriate state, federal, and college regulations, policies, and procedures.
Provides service excellence through courteous, informed, accessible, and professional engagement.
Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required: A bachelor's degree with two (2) years of work experience in areas of enrollment management, CRM and digital platforms, recruitment initiatives, and/or other student support services or a combination of completed education and/or related experience equal to six (6) years.
Additional Requirements: Must possess a valid Florida Driver License and be authorized to drive for the college. A criminal background check will be conducted.
Preferred: A master's degree in a related field with work experience in areas of enrollment management, CRM and digital platforms, recruitment initiatives, and/or other student support services; multiple language fluency.
