Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills who can effectively manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.
Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee evaluation processes to ensure fair and consistent performance reviews.
- Facilitate conflict management and resolution between employees to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Implement succession planning initiatives to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday for efficient management of employee data and reporting.
- Administer payroll processes using ADP or similar platforms to ensure timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
- Manage contract negotiations related to employment agreements and other HR-related documents.
- Lead program management initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, training, and development.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or a related field is essential.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, conflict management strategies, succession planning, employee evaluation processes, and payroll systems.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
