Position: Program Manager – Career and Community Connections Services

Location: Snohomish County

Full time, Salary Exempt; Flexible Scheduling

Salary Range: $74,158.00 – 96,405.40* DOE

Hiring Range: $74,158.00 - $85,218.73 DOE

*Actual salary range for this position is broader than hiring range

Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic person to lead a team of Employment Specialists! The Vocational Services Program provides opportunities and assistance for adults with disabilities to find and retain integrated paid employment. The position is responsible for the general oversight of the Vocational Services program in accordance with agency mission and funding sources. The Program Manager oversees all aspects of employment services, including staffing, budget, billing and contract compliance. This position will report to and work directly with the Director of Vocational Services. This is a salary exempt position.

Qualifications

BA degree in Human Services or a related field preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for education including a minimum of 3 years working with people with disabilities preferably in employment settings. Experience with Employment Services serving adults with developmental disabilities is strongly preferred. Supervisory and successful job development experience strongly preferred. Excellent English oral and written communication skills, strong recordkeeping and financial management skills are a must. This position requires the ability to be creative in providing services that address the individual needs and desires of people we serve. Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers, families, and other professionals is vital. Must possess a valid WA state driver’s license, have automobile insurance, and use own vehicle on the job. Must pass criminal background check.
