We prioritize child-centered approaches and emphasize emotional intelligence and character alongside traditional metrics for success.

POSITION FOCUS

We are seeking to hire our next team member to primarily serve the Projects & Events Manager in the I Belong Project™ (IBP) planning, execution, and coordination for each filming day. Travel is required as events are held monthly throughout the state.

The I Belong Project™ uplifts the stories and voices of kids in foster care who are legally free for adoption. These pop-up photo and video shoots take place monthly as part of an entire day designed for youth to have fun, play, and just be kids. Capturing and sharing each child’s story is done with the utmost dignity with hopes that the resulting videos connect children with a forever family.
