Part-Time Teaching Opportunity at Franklin Pierce University, Spring 2024
College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences
Franklin Pierce University seeks a part-time instructor capable of teaching courses in Communication and Journalism, particularly Communication, Media, and Society, Broadcast Journalism, and Convergent Journalism.
Must have the expertise to provide effective classroom and studio instruction in modern journalism, both print and broadcast, using appropriate technology and associated software.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Candidates holding a minimum of a MA in a relevant discipline are eligible, Ph.D. preferred.
- Documented teaching experience and pedagogy at the college level
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students as well as other faculty
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility in scheduling
Adjunct faculty postings are for potential part-time, non-benefited, teaching positions. Applicants will be reviewed by the Dean of the College or Designee.
