Position Title Program Navigator, Adult Education
Position Description
Lincoln Land Community College is seeking an individual to assist with the development and implementation of processes and protocols for successful operation of the Innovation Bridge and Transitions (IBT) grant programs.

This Program Navigator position will be responsible for the following duties:
    • Coordinate student case management, including student selection to program, identification of available resources to address student barriers, tracking success during and following program, etc.
    • Develop and coordinate employability and life skill development sessions, including but not limited to, career coaching, resume/cover letter development, job search processes, dressing for success, financial literacy, etc.
    • In collaboration with the Director, develop program components such as intake and orientation processes, monitoring/tracking of student participants, employer partnerships, program assessment metrics, etc.
    • Act as an Adult Education liaison with college departments, community agencies, WEIPATH, businesses, local chambers of commerce and others.
    • Community outreach and development – promote collaborations with community agencies for referral and support services.
    • Work with the Public Relations and Marketing department to develop and prepare marketing materials and advertising messages.
    • Seek additional opportunities and assist with applying for future grant funding to expand the program.
    • Regular travel to other LLCC locations and/or other program locations as necessary for the program.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

 


This non-benefited position will be an average of 25 hours a week and will pay $25/hour. This is a grant-funded position. Funding for this position has been secured through December 31st, 2024.
Position Requirements
Requirements include the following:
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience in providing student support and developing community partnerships.
    • Demonstrated success in supporting diverse populations of students/clients.
    • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
