As part of the Keough School of Global Affairs, the Kellogg Institute drives world-class research on critical global challenges, focusing on democracy and human development in Latin America, Africa, and beyond. For over 40 years, we’ve fostered a vibrant intellectual community by supporting exceptional doctoral candidates and renowned visiting scholars.
We’re seeking a dynamic and organized Program Coordinator to support two key programs:
Visiting Fellows Program
You’ll help manage the Visiting Fellows Program, which annually hosts 10-12 prominent social science scholars from around the world to collaborate on research themes of democracy and human development. You’ll coordinate all logistics, including pre- and post-award processes, appointments, and arrival/departure needs, while serving as the main point of contact for fellows.
Graduate Student Programs
Work closely with over 100 PhD and MGA students by administering fellowships, grants, and awards. You’ll organize events, coordinate resources, and help integrate students into a multidisciplinary scholarly network. This role supports their academic journey while ensuring their research has global public policy impact.
Special Projects
Collaborate on special initiatives and projects that align with the Institute’s goals and explore new opportunities for growth.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 1 to 2 years of experience in the following:
- Utmost attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of Google suite tools.
- Proactive approach to work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Interfolio and OnBase
