Marketing Photographer Student Worker
Job Description
A marketing photographer is an creative individual who takes photos for a variety of marketing purposes, including:
- Attend student life and college events to take photos
- Implement best practices related to taking photos including asking permission and/or having students fill out media release forms when applicable.
- Tasked with photo and media maintenance (such as Asset Library).
- Be creative and pitch photo ideas to marketing team.
- Maintain camera gear.
Students must have the ability to:
- Use an computer/laptop/iPhone/camera.
- Attain good work ethic.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Attain great communication skills.
- Ability to converse well with other students.
These are attributes that may not be mandatory, but are definitely desired in the ideal candidate.
- Personal experience shooting with DSLR or Mirrorless cameras.
- Knowledge of exposure triangle (ISO, Aperture, Shutter Speed).
- Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Lightroom Experience.
