This position will be the lead individual responsible for reconciling p-card transactions in the Bank of America WORKS system for Carolina Housing. There are approximately 50 cardholders for Carolina Housing. This position will also be responsible for sending reminders to cardholders regarding outstanding documentation two times per week, and communicating with cardholders regarding any questions or additional documentation required.

Other duties may include processing invoices, handling purchase requests, maintaining accurate records, assisting with monthly budget tracking, and supporting general administrative tasks within the department.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency with the Bank of America WORKS system (or a similar financial system) is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively follow up on outstanding issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with p-card reconciliation and/or financial reporting is a plus.
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
Experience with expense report submissions for accurate documentation and information requirements. Knowledge of university, state and federal policies for compliance purposes. Ability to identify process errors and escalate issues as necessary.
