Job Summary

Medical School Facilities is seeking a Data Coordinator to be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the space information M-Pathways database management system to ensure its accessibility, reliability, and performance. The role includes periodic auditing and swift adaptation to varying university, school, department, and user needs, compiling and verifying the integrity of data, and facilitating training and support to internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service and technical skills and the ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and as a critical member of a team. This position will service customers across the Medical School located in nearly 4 million square feet of space.

This position supports operations in all buildings the medical school occupies across nearly four million square feet. There is an expectation that some onsite presence is required.
