Sigma Defense is seeking a senior-level Program Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic team based in Panama City, FL. This role will play a critical part in advancing a major program for the United States Navy, ensuring the highest level of support and strategic oversight. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, showcasing a proven track record as both a Program Manager and a Senior Systems Engineer supporting a major DoD and/or U.S. Navy Program.

Requirements
  • 20+ years of Project/Program Manager experience supporting major DoD programs.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting a major U.S. Navy Expeditionary or Joint Expeditionary Program.

Personnel Clearance Level:

  • Candidate must possess an active, DoD issued Top Secret security clearance or higher.
  • Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.

Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):

  • Manage a team of 25+ Information Technology Engineers.
  • Perform financial analysis and prepare monthly reports to ensure adequate funding, budget, schedule, and contract compliance.
  • Engage with the primary government customer and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to fulfill requirements and assess appropriate resource allocation.
  • Provide proper resourcing to support all test and field events prior to system deliveries ensuring a smooth transition to the deployed users.

Salary Range: $170,000 - $190,000 annually.
