Job Description
Great Basin College invites applications for the position of Part-Time Zoom Proctor for the Academic Success and Testing Center at the Elko campus.
 
Proctors are to administer exams for students at Great Basin College. The job must be performed at the Academic Success Center at the Elko campus. The job duties may be performed for in-person and/or online students.
 
 
Qualifications:
  • Manage multiple Zoom Breakout Rooms
  • Troubleshoot Basic, Video, Internet and Audio Issues with Students
  • Administer tests with strict adherence to proctor sheets and Instructor’s testing instructions
  • Attention to detail
  • Passion for Academic Integrity
  • Good student-centered customer service
  • Patient and professional while working with students.
  • Friendly and collaborative with other ASC staff and GBC co-workers.
 
We are willing to train the right person with a strong aptitude.
 
 
Salary:
$13.00 per hour
 
This is a non-benefits eligible position, with a limit of up to 19 hours per week and a monthly maximum of 79.5 hours.
