Position Overview

Rider University invites applications for an Enrollment Systems Coordinator.  The Enrollment Systems Coordinator works in conjunction with the Enrollment Operations team to ensure data quality in the CRM and the student information system.  The Enrollment Systems Coordinator will also manage events in CRM as it pertains to prospective students, including prospects and inquiries, applicants, and admitted students across the undergraduate, graduate, and adult populations, as well as parents, counselors, influencers, and other special populations as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors degree required with 1 year of demonstrated related work experience
  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of admission business operations preferred
  • Computer science or marketing background preferred
