Department Summary:

The Office of Student Conflict Resolution (OSCR) promotes a safe and scholarly community in which students navigate conflict in a safe, just, and self-reflexive manner. OSCR maintains responsibility for general student community accountability under the student conduct policy known as the Statement of Student Right and Responsibilities. OSCR also provides a full range of  community conflict-resolution resources through a spectrum of conflict resolution pathways that are educationally focused, student-driven, community-owned,  restorative in nature, and which are adaptable to meet the needs of individuals experiencing conflict.

Position Summary:

The Project Manager Senior role includes managing the implementation and administration of University-wide policies, procedures, standards, and communications related to community accountability procedures. The Project Manager Senior oversees multiple complex projects that support divisional and institutional priorities. Key responsibilities include assembling and managing project teams, assigning tasks, identifying needed resources, and developing project schedules. The role involves collaboration with functional area leaders, tracking project progress, and managing yearly reporting and ongoing communications. Central to the role is creation of data-driven materials in support of time-sensitive, highly confidential communications intended for Regents, University President, Executive Officers, etc.
