We are currently looking for a dedicated experienced individual to join our team as Part Time Faculty – Business Human Resources. The ideal candidate will plan, organize and teach in a manner that ensures the achievement of the institution’s learning objectives. Responsibilities include teaching the subject area or areas that correspond to the specialty, contribute to the academic process of the institution through the participation in the development of curriculums, assessment, evaluation, research, peer mentoring and coaching, community service, advancement of the institution.
AGM University serves a diverse student population, offering bilingual education to the community for traditional and non-traditional students.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Doctorate degree in Business Administration in Human Resources or related fields
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience
3. Experience as a successful instructor in your subject area, prior teaching experience at the postsecondary level is strongly preferred.
4. Ability to express himself/herself effectively, verbally and in writing, in Spanish and English.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills and teamwork.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students from diverse backgrounds.
7. Commitment to student success and the institution’s mission.
8. Able to submit copy of any diploma, academic transcripts and/or certifications
9. Proven leadership skills from your previous work experience.
10. Knowledge and experience in technical applications.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
2. Available to travel to other campuses.
