What You'll Do

As IOE's Student Services Assistant, you will work closely with the Student Services Team and other department positions to support both the Undergraduate and Graduate Programs including curriculum planning and enrollment management, admissions, event coordination and communications. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in an upwardly mobile career path in student services and general administration. The Student Services Assistant receives direct supervision from the Student Services Manager and may supervise student temps.

The College of Engineering's telecommuting policy provides options available to enhance our community and staff well-being. This role is classified as FLEX which means, on average, three (3) days of in-person work and two (2) days of remote work per week. This agreement will be reviewed and evaluated annually. Telecommuting is not an employment right, and any telecommuting arrangement may be changed or terminated at any time, and for any reason, by the department.

Modes of Work

Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment. Learn more about the work modes.
